Hello,

 

I am having a problem with my Aris Express. One day it just stopped working so I tried to uninstall and install again but nothing works.

 

I have followed the FAQ and installation guide, I have deleted Java cache, I have user registry cleaning tools to have a complete uninstall but still nothing.

I can install with no problems, but after when I use the Icon to run the application, it asks me to allow it to go online, downloads something again and at the end returns an error.

I have added a file with some screenshots.

 

I would appreciate if it you can help me :)
