We are opening a position for a Process Performance Expert to provide own internal customers with advice and support on business process management, modelling, and documentation using expertise and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of BPM and Quality is a must.
- Mastering of improvement projects ensuring the processes deployed are sustainable.
- With experience on in statistical control of operations and quality, proven Six Sigma skills are desired.
- Technology aware, you will work with the Technology teams to enable digitalized solutions.
Methodical, structured, proactive, teamwork oriented, may lead the projects facilitating transformation. - You are a teambuilder able to develop the skills of the Team to improve Process Performance striving for Operational Excellence.
- You have experience in the Sales and Marketing and the Supply Chain Mgmt. processes.
- Proven project management experience with bottom line results delivered.
Of course, we look that you are able to fully document the processes in ARIS, deploy the processes with partnership of the Business Team and the Technology Team, leverage ARIS to empower the employees in their daily jobs.
You would be based in Oftringen Switzerland, reporting to the Business Process Architect. Hybrid position (3 days of the week in the office) with global reach, you must be open to travel 25% of the time inside and outside the European region.
