i am currently working with the basic ARIS license in our company and I noticed that I have access to the ARIS Document Storage feature.
I was able to create folders, upload documents, link them to models, and even perform approval and change requests. However, I assume there are limitations – for example, I read that the storage might be limited to 1 GB and only certain file formats are supported.
I would like to ask:
What are the exact limitations of the basic ARIS license regarding Document Storage?
Are there any restrictions in terms of workflows, automation, or integration options?
Additionally, what are the main benefits of upgrading to a higher ARIS license (e.g. Advanced or Enterprise) specifically for document management?
