The license key "<license>" does not include a valid ARIS MashZone license

Hi all,

I received new (temporary) license from SAG but when I paste it to MashZone it says:

The license key "<license>" does not include a valid ARIS MashZone license

I downloaded free 32bit version of MashZone from official website. MZ version is 2.0.0.1.

I tried to use this license in installation of MZ where my free edition key is used and also in completely new installation but I get the same error.

The license I received has strange first line with character "1". On 3rd line starts license. I tried with this number in first line and also without it but no luck.

Did anobody expierenced such a problem? Does anybody have idea what am I doing wrong?

Hi,

please paste the license number, which consists of exactly one line, into MashZone. Each key ends with an equals sign.

that's what I did but it does not work. Personal key which I took from this page is working without any problems.

Is it possible that there is a problem with EOL character?

Hmm, actually not since the key consists of one line only. It starts with P followed by some digits, a dash, your (company's) name, and much more. It is terminated by equals. Please make sure to just paste everything between P and equals, even if the file you received contains about three lines.

Yes, my license key starts with P then 6 digits, dash, company name, dash and then long string ending with equals character.

Can it be related to FREE version of MahZone downloaded from MashZone site?

Do I need to download proper version from somewhere>

You don't need a separate download since since binaries are identlical. All features are activated by license, only. Let me contact you offline to fix that.
