I am the administrator for ARIS and I can't log on. No one can log on. Yesterday everything was fine. Today no one can get in including username system with the default password which I have never changed. Any ideas? We are pretty desperate here with no access to ARIS at all. Thanks in advance.

such problems can best be solved by contacting our support hotline in case you got a valid support contract.

Hello Luise,

Several time I have this problem.

1) Sometimes (If you have ARIS With SQLS Database) you need to reestart ARIS71 Windows service.

2) If you are loggin with LDAP system, you need to unlock the administrator user.

well, if this doesn`t work, can you share the ARIS logs?

Thanks to those who replied.

Restarting the ARIS services fixed the issue.
