Hello Luise,
Several time I have this problem.
1) Sometimes (If you have ARIS With SQLS Database) you need to reestart ARIS71 Windows service.
2) If you are loggin with LDAP system, you need to unlock the administrator user.
well, if this doesn`t work, can you share the ARIS logs?

Restarting the ARIS services fixed the issue.
