connect to Aris 9.8.2 with HTTPS

Hi everybody,

I've installed just now ARIS 9.8.2 on a cloud server with a public IP for testing with the default ports 80 and 443.

Now I manage to login to UMC using the http port (80) but if I try to connect using the HTTPS port, Firefox return me a "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER.

I've tried to add a certificate security exception but I've the message

404 - File or directory not found.

Maybe I've to edit some http /https parameter in Apache or Catalina?

Another question...

It is possible disable the http connection and enable only the https connection?

Hi,

to the first question: most likely not the complete certificate chain is imported into Firefox certificate store. You use a self-created certificate, right?

To the second question, use acc:

reconfigure loadbalancer_m +HTTPD.port=0 +HTTPD.ssl.port=443
