When testing ARIS 9 we were able to use the automatic EPC to BPMN conversion button in the tool but are unable to do it now.
Is anybody able to tell me why? Is it possible that this is related to the licenses for M2E or something like that?

Do you mean the actions in the "EPC to BPMN" menu button on the "Contents" tool bar tab? Those should be available regardless of the user having the "wM integration" extension pack. But for them to become active you have to select an EPC in the Explorer or open an EPC in the Designer respectively.

no I was thinking of the respective functions on the BPM ribbon, which is only active with the wM Integration license. You are right, the function is also on the Contents ribbon and should be active there. Just tested it removing the wM Integration license from my user and performed a conversion. This is on ARIS 9.7.
Could it be different with a different ARIS version? Mayur, which exact version are you working on?
To be honest I'm running out of ideas, what may be the issue.

Hi Mayur,
yes it is a license issue. You need the license Extension Pack "wM integration" of ARIS Architect for this functionality. You need to assign that to the user who wants to perform the EPC to BPMN conversion.
