Is it possible to downgrade a ARIS Agent 10.28 to Version 10.26?
We have (in a test environment) updated the Agent to 10.28 before the runnables has been completely updated to the 10.28.
During the updateall the update of the runnable adsadmin stopped with a Java Heap message and we can not continue even if we have changed the Java Memory size.
We have then updated the ARIS Agent from 10.26 to 10.28 but now we are getting:
Unexpected error: The starting of runnables is currently locked because runnables with a version that is incompatible to the agent have been found: The version 10.0.28.0.310032256 of the agent on node ARISWS01TST.company.net is higher than the version 10.0.26.0 of the runnables zoo_m, elastic_m and loadbalancer_m. The runnables might not function properly. However, this situation is normal during an update. The version 10.0.28.0.310032256 of the agent on node ARISWS01TST.company.net is higher than the version 10.0.26.0.310015310 of the runnables cloudsearch_m, umcadmin_m, adsadmin_m, abs_m, octopus_m, apg_m, copernicus_m and ecp_m. The runnables might not function properly. However, this situation is normal during an update.
