Is there a possibility to get 1x ARIS Designer / 2x ARIS Viewer Licenses for an on-prem ARIS 10 environment. This environment should only be used as Sandbox and will not contain any Production Data.

In principle, this is not a technical limitation but more a commercial topic, as you’re effectively asking for additional non-production licenses for your ARIS 10 on-prem sandbox environment.
Before I can give you a concrete answer or proposal, it would help to better understand your setup and need:
If you are already operating a sandbox, we can look at this as a license extension and I can prepare a corresponding offer for the additional 1x Designer / 2x Viewer.
