Hi - I am pulling up process maps from a year or so ago and am finding that parts of the maps have sort of disappeared. I can still see the entire map but oddly, all the items that were in pink are now only represented by an empty box or outline; color and text are gone. Any idea why this happened and how I can fix it?

It is seemed that you open your DB under by another filter, try to use Entire method during log in
... I agree. Possibly the method owner removed the pink symbols from the filter without checking their usage first. Enquire with him, what the new approach is and agree with him, how to fix that.
