ARIS 7.2 Need reset authentication system

Hello Dears,

Please we need you support and help.

We did by mistake on authentication system configuration we choose LDAB option and we can't now login to database from any users also system user.

we need to to back authentication system configuration to be "No external authentication system" option or how we can change it to allow us to login.

Hi

with LDAP the authentication via the system user should be possible still. Do you get an error message with the system user?

the password of system user was changed and we try to login by default info but give us error.

the error message is " Incorrect username and password. Please reenter both".

what I need to reset "system" username to defulte password.
