Hello everyone,

I requested ARIS Cloud for Students and received the confirmation email with my personal checkout link and voucher code. When I open the link, the ARIS Cloud shop shows "2 Designers, 2 Viewers" for €630.00 (€749.70 incl. VAT) instead of €0.00. When I enter the voucher code, the message "Ungültiger Gutscheincode!" (invalid voucher code) appears.

What I have done so far:

  • Opened the link from the email without changing anything in the cart
  • Tried it again in a private browser window

Details:

  • Voucher email received on:  October, 5th 2026
  • I registered with my university email address: nherkert@stud.hs-heilbronn.de
  • Browser: Safari and Chrome

I have not placed an order. Could you please check the voucher or send me a new one? A screenshot of the checkout page is attached.
