Software AG’s Global Competency Center is supporting all Software AG Consulting regions in providing product specific experts and supportive functions focusing on project support, enablement & methodology support. The ARIS Competence Center is part of that GCC and focus on solutions in the area of Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Process Performance Manager (PPM). In order to expand our capabilities in the area of PPM and Mashzone we are looking for a new colleague supporting our team.
YOUR PERSPECTIVES
As Consultant (Senior Expert) ARIS Competence Center you will
- Report to: Vice President ARIS Competence Center
- Develop into the role of THE Software AG subject matter expert for process analytics and monitoring based on our products ARIS PPM and Mashzone
- Work in international projects supporting our local Consulting experts and projects in regards to functional and technical support (remote and/ or onsite) as well as trainings
- Support our Sales organization in large customer opportunities by being the trusted advisor
- Work closely with our R&D department in order to increase and optimize product capabilities
- Contribute to Software AG methodology focusing on service packages around ‘Prime for operational intelligence
YOUR PROFILE
Mandatory skills:
- Very experienced in process monitoring related project activities (consulting, technical support, product management) with ARIS PPM or similar process oriented monitoring tools
- Some years of experience in dashboarding tools
- Master or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems
- Ability to talk to business and IT as a facilitator/translator
- Analytical skills
- Customer facing experience
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (German is a plus)
- programming knowledge
- SQL knowledge
Skills which are a plus:
- Product knowledge ARIS PPM and/ or Mashzone
- Worked as trainer/ mentor
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Multi-cultural experience
- Being empathic and patient
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse global environment
