Hi,
I am trying to use the Share Model and Submit Change Request features in ARIS Connect. On clicking the share model and submit change request links, I am getting the "Unable to start the executable process" error and not showing the Share Model and Submit Change Requests dialogs.
I understood that the mini workflows does not need any special configuration. Please let me know what could be the cause of this error?
Thanks & Regards,
Kanjana N
Dear Kanjana,
Did you check whether the ARIS mini workflows are running? You can check that via http://localhost/#default/adminProcesses.
Cheers
Rune
Dear Rune,
I checked the adminProcesses in ARIS Connect. Looks like there is an issue with that. I am getting "Invalid object name 'age_scheduler_trigger'." error on clicking the Share Model, Change Request, Approve Content etc listed under Processes. Also on clicking the Instances , Console tabs, I am getting "Unable to display the list of process instances. Unable to connect to the Process Governance database server. Please check whether the server is running."
We have the ARIS Connect Server with Process Governance Extension Pack installed.
Thanks & REgards,
Kanjana N
If you already tried to restart ARIS and failed again, and then restarted the computer/VM and failed again, and your installation has ever worked properly with regards to mini-workflows, then you need to open a support ticket and provide the log files (via collectLogFiles.bat).

Rune
Dear Rune,
Thanks for your reply.
The errors are not showing up now but I did not do ARIS restart/ computer/vm restart except for opening the ARIS Cloud Controller and listing the runnables. Not sure what was the cause and how it resolved automatically.Any idea on this?
Thanks & Regards,
Kanjana N
How about lack of available free RAM?
With the ACC command show node you get an overview on the installation's health & settings. And the health per runnable you could check e.g. with show instance apg_s.
More convenient is the GUI version of that called ARIS Infrastructure accessible via http://localhost/acc/ui/#/infrastructure. There you can run more detailed health checks.

Sure. With startall you can achieve that.
I recommend to learn more ACC commands in the embedded help via its command line prompt:
Or read offline in ARIS Cloud Controller (ACC) Command-Line Tool.pdf, located in ARIS DVD folder .\Documents\English\3 Installation\31 Initial installation\312 Server\3121 Basic (Single node).
