change size of arabic font

Why I can't using larger size  with  Arabic  font in report I used design view and code view but both of them are the same

outputObj.OutputLn( "دليل الإجراء","Arial", 36,  Constants.C_BLACK, Constants.C_TRANSPARENT, Constants.FMT_CENTER, 0);
    
    outputObj.OutputLn(aModel[0].Name(nLocale),"Arial", 36,  Constants.C_BLACK, Constants.C_TRANSPARENT, Constants.FMT_CENTER, 0);
