Hello,
I'm using ARIS 9.8 Architect but can't create a template because in Administration, the option "configuration", "conventions", "templates" doesn't appear.
I see in HELP that this can only be done by the "configuration administrator", but I'm using an user with all function privileges boxes checked, though there is not one called exactly "configuration administrator". The superuser and system user have the same privileges.
¿Has this problem occurred to anyone? ¿any help on how to solve this?
Thank you very much,
Jaime
Dear Patricia,
There are functional privileges for a database (inherited from ARIS 7):
And there are functional privileges in ARIS 9, to be assigned via User Management:
You need to get Configuration administrator assigned to your user account there: http://localhost/#default/adminUsers
▲Replace "localhost" with your ARIS server name, and maybe the tenant name "default", too, in case you have multiple tenants.
Cheers
Rune
