each time you run a report you can change the output path. Your last choice will be remembered by Aris because the path is saved in your %userprofile%\ARIS71\user.cfg under <user type="report">...</
If you want to set a default path for all users you need to distribute a preconfigured user.cfg
Remember, each user.cfg has the encrypted license key of user then you can not share the same file because the aris server shows that 2 users tries to use the same license key...
