About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity tojoin a growing company and be part of a team which will shape the future of financial services for our customers. The purpose of this role is to provide expertise to the Enterprise Business Design Team and Tesco Bank process modellers on use of the Process Repository to assist in the delivery of efficient and customer-focused processes. At all times, you will ensure the fair treatment of all of Tesco Bank customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Process Repository, ensuring it is structurally sound, fit for purpose, available, and meets the current needs of the business and users
- Developing the Process Repository to meet arising business needs, improving developing skill-set as a technical specialist, and training administrators and ‘super-users’ to make best use of the repository
- Researching industry and marketplace
Who we’re looking for
- Knowledge of managing or using business process repositories in general, but specifically ARIS, would be very beneficial
- Be conversant with modelling concepts and practices, and have experience with the standard suite of Office Products
- Experience of providing consultancy and advice as a subject matter expert, and pro-actively lead design
- Experience of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, developing and delivering appropriate solutions
- Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
- Experience of engaging and managing relationships with 3rd Party Vendors
- Knowledge of JavaScript to enable report and script writing would be very beneficial
- Experience of thinking strategically, creatively and innovatively
- Experience of business practices and approaches
- Research and professional training in process management tools and methodologies
