I am developing at a process where some activities are performed by an AI Agent. I am interesting in seeing best practices on how to depict AI Agents in BPM. Where can I find best practices or some literature about it? And anyone that has created such kind of processes already and would be willing to exchange ideas? Thanks a lot for your time and support!

Hi,
We have a similar use case- not for AI agents but for RPA technology. So, whenever there is a process that uses RPA, we indicate that with Application System Type object of symbol Software Robot.
