Hi All,
We are not able to login to the ARIS Business Publisher neither using our Credentials nor Anonymous access. If we give our credentials, it asks for the language and we select English. Then we get a error message as "AN ERROR OCCURED. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR".
Please help me in getting this fixed. This happened in Production server. Impact is huge.
I have attached the snap shot of the error message for the reference.

Yes. We checked it. Its looking fine. We found that there was some changes made on the layouts side. we are working on restroing the logs and datas as on december last week, so that we can trace the changes made in the layouts..
that is without any doubts the only efficient approach, especially if there was the changes in layout. If anything, you can still share your logs or pm me, see user's details. Fingers crossed.
