Changing of the edition is not possible

Hi there,

I will test the BPMN2.0 models in the test version, unfortunately the model isn't within the BASIC.

ARIS contact person ask me to change the edition with customizing button or get support here.

I already tried to change the edition, but without success.

Hi,

my understanding is, that it NOT depends on the ARIS Cloud Basic/Advanced. Your limitation is based on the database (My First Database (Beginner) which you are using based on the Method filter which is used there. Please try to create a new Intermediate or expert database. There it should work.
