Hi

I am using Aris version 2.4c

I have been creating several documents which have previously saved fine. However, I have today made a change to the document and saved the document only to receive the following attached error when I try to go in and open the document again.

The error seems to refer to the file not being a valid .adf file which it absolutely is..............it appear that the file might be in someway corrupt.

Any ideas on how I can access the document again without having to re-do the process document from scratch?

thanks in advance

Stu

Dear Stuart,

Did you try to open your ADF file using 7-Zip or WinZip?

You should see such a bunch of files:

That proves your ADF file is valid.

Try to open it from a local drive, such as C:\.
