Hi,
I'm SeungHyun Choi and I'm facing Extractor error with Oracle using JDBC.
The connection has successfully done since it says 'connected'.
I tried to add tables but nothing appeared on the page and the log message says the extraction failed because at least one table should be uploaded on the extraction.
Could you find the possible causes on this issue?

Maybe the first step is to check extractor log (extractor/log) files which are available on extractor folder where you started the extractor server.
If nothing is showing as error in extractor logs, then you should open an incident with ARIS Support.
