1. Is there drill down option for more than two-three sub-process?
A: Yes, using the ARIS is possible to map your process to drill down more than one sub process.
2. Is this software mobile compatible?
A: The ARIS have some API and you can customize something. The software Ag offers customizing services and they can see what you need to provide some kind of solution.
3. For any process can we add hyperlink?
A: Is possible to add links using the Attributes links.
4. Can we export or import the document from other system for e.g.
Sharepoints, SAP ?
A: Yes the ARIS supports the Sharepoint or also can use the standard Document Management.
5. What is the storage capacity for per user on cloud?
A: This depends of the Cloud profile, the storage is based in number of the databases. The ARIS elements can storage one database, the ARIS Cloud Advanced can storage up to 20 and the ARIS Enterprise is unlimited ( Actual capacity depends on resource availability and deployment size. 6. Is there any other configuration that we have to do?
A: In general you don't need to do any extra configuration to work with ARIS Cloud, but for example you can add the SSO conection or LDAP... and others things that you be available in UMC portal.
7. Is the data secured given by us in cloud?

8. Is there any support available if we are facing problem?
A: Sure, once you're a Cloud Customer you have the maintenance contract for Support services and you be possible to raise the incidents to Global Support ARIS and Cloud as well.

For the first query i.e. the drill down one
How can we drill down more than one subprocess? We need you assisant to do this, If you are not the direct conact from the end please let us know whom to contact.
For the 5th query for the storage one what does not that one and 20 mean is that the GB or no of database?

About the drill down for example you can use some kind of reports, the ARIS has the output model information for example where you can extract the information trhu the subprocess. The point 5th, this means the number of databases that you can create on the ARIS and not refer to GB. These databases are available to the users design the process.. etc
