I am new user of the Business Optimizer and I seem to have some difficulties using a customized rule sets. After editing (adding new complex KPIs) and saving an existing project in the KPI editor, do I need to do anything else in order to use the customized settings? No matter if I import the rule set to an existing database or create new database, I only see the initially available KPIs as if no changes have been made.

Hello,
when you change or define a new kpi, you do this on your local computer. The files are stored in a folder on your client. But these new files must be made available for all users, so they must be on the server. Therefore you need to copy your new rule set files (the .mapping and .rules) to your server folder. If you then import the rule set into a database, you will get the new kpi.
