Invite user with an "AEP for Faculties | Multi-user private cloud"

Good morning, 
I am a professor who has activated the "AEP for Faculties | Multi-user private cloud’ licence". I have carefully followed the guide, I have created my students, but they do not receive an invitation to access ARIS private cloud. Is it necessary to create an HTML script? 
Can you help me?
