For my first login to the cloud for faculties, I received the message:
Error
Login failed due to one of the following reasons: Invalid e-mail address or password, inactive or expired account, insufficient privileges, or unavailable project room.
I have changed my password three times. Does anyone know the solution?

to get the names of the project rooms that you own, please go to ARIS Cloud Forget Project Room Name and put in your Email Address. An Email will then be sent to you with the names of all your project rooms. Then please put in the name of the project room that you want to log in to here: ARIS Cloud Log in and then put in your credentials. If this still doesn't work please write to us at university@softwareag.com and we will try to figure out where the problem is.
