Hi Stefanie,
I would question the motivation for doing that: The Process interface is a function object from the level above the EPC. I. e. it represents the entire process this process interfaces with. To me it seems unusual to have any RACI connection to an entire process. A common relationship at that level would be process ownership - maybe to an entire org. unit or to a position as your diagram shows it. However the EPC would not be the right place to show that relationship. This could be done in the VACD or in a FAD to the function object.
