Missing EPC(row display) Models from Playground Database

Hmmm. My first guess would be that your colleagues are using a default filter that does not allow them to use the models they want to see.

I've never experienced it that models just vanished...

to clarify: What is ARIS Playground? A database that you created or the Sample DB "United Motor Group"? What is the database filer they are using? It should be "entire method" in a sandbox (playground), so that they have access to all available model types. If they select a filter where EPC(row display) is not defined, the models where not shown in the explorer although they still exist in the database. When they don't see the models, can they create a new one with model type EPC(row display)?

Thank you Klemens, Yes we are using customise database where user is able to use all model (Access give to EPC and EPC(row display). 

For small team, multiple team member are using two licenses for modelling. Shall I assume that someone within the team is deleting these models or  random model can be vanished without any trace. 

How can find the root cause with proof, kindly guide.

Did you check the rights on database or group level? Users should have RW at least. If they have RWD they also can delete models. If you assume, that team members delete the model you can change their right to RW. So they cannot delete a model.

As I recommended in the post before: When you get a report from a user, that an EPC model is missing, ask whether he can create a new model with model type EPC(row display). If he can, the database filter is ok, otherwise check the filter. Check the rights of the user regarding the group where the model is missing. It should be RWD or RW or at least R (viewing without changing). If this is also ok, check it with a user with System Administrator rights and filter "entire method". If the model does not exist, it was deleted before.
