Hello,
I created an .adb File with a trial version of ARIS Elements in 2021.
Now, I bought a 3 months contract for ARIS Cloud, to continue working with this data.
Unfortunately, I cannot import this .adb File, the following error messages appear:
Error message when trying to import "ARIS Express model"
Import model
File "ARIS Cloud Elements.adb" is not a valid ADF model.
Error message when trying to import "BPMN diagram"
BPMN2 import failed.
The selected file is not a valid BPMN file:
Invalid UTF-8 start byte 0x82 (at char #13, byte #-1)
How can I continue working with the existing data? Thank you!
