Hi Tetiana,
that is a very general question. What do you mean exactly by "process requirements management"?
In this area different methodologies exist, like "BPM (Business Process Management)". BPM describes a process lifecycle divided into 5 steps: Design, Modeling, Execution, Monitoring and Optimization. To support these steps ARIS provides many specific model types like BPMN, EPC, ERM, VACD, Fishbone, SIPOC, KPI, IT architecture, or more regarding software design UML. One of the most important model type is from my experience the standardized graphical notation BPMN ("Business Process Model and Notation") that helps you to design and model your processes. Another interesting tool is Process Mining as part of the ARIS suite to evaluate existing data of the systems of your actual processes,

Hi Klemens,
thanks for your answer! By process requirements management I mean documentation, priorisation and tracking of optimization ideas and measures on the process.
How do you do it?
Regards, Tetiana
Hi Tetiana,
if you use the collaboration features, you can foster open discussions in forum threads in the context of any model. If you want to have a formal change process, there are "Change request" workflows to govern the change activities via approval of the idea by the process owner and performing changes till the final publication. The details of such workflows may vary from organization to organization. There is a set of standard workflows included. If they do not suit your use-case it is possible to change them at least in the enterprise edition.
