WebClient problems

Hello Andreas,

we have some problems with more recent versions of the SUN JRE. Please remove Update 20 from your system and try Update 17 instead. This should solve your problems.

Thanks, but I tried Update 17 and got another error logged in java console. The missing file is really not there. When i create an empty file help.txt, the next missing file is urged.

It's crazy.

I get the same error : "Error downloading file /lib/oem01/help.txt. File not found."

There was no problem with version 452596...

Yes, it works now.

I have removed Java 6 update 20 and installed update 17.

After them:

1. removed the folder DownloadClient in C:\Program Files\Aris7.1,

2. removed the folder ARIS71 in C:\Documents and settings\username and

3. cleared the Java cache using Control Panel / Java / General / temporary internet files
