To earn the certificate, simply take the exam and once you pass it, the certificate will be saved to your account, available for download at all times.
To prepare for the exam, we recommend going through our BPM Tutorials with ARIS.
After receiving your certification, make sure to add it to your profiles such as on LinkedIn or XING to show off your new skills!

This certification program is a great initiative — however, it seems that much of the content dates back to around 2016 and could really benefit from a review and update.
In the era of AI-driven process optimization, BPM education should evolve to reflect modern tools, automation trends, and data-driven approaches. It’s also surprising that there’s no mention of BPMN, which remains a key standard for process modelling and communication across industries.
Refreshing the materials with up-to-date examples and current BPM practices would make this certification much more relevant and valuable for today’s learners.
