change default language for usergroup/database/all users when login to portal first time

Hello,

I've had a request from one of my stakeholders. Can't seem to find the setting in Architect/UMC.

I want to onboard a country (GER) and for that it would be benificial if the default portal language for usergroup GER/ ALL users/GER database when first login to portal is set to German for a couple of weeks. I would reset it to ENG later on, when all GER users are onboarded.

I've found this old post, but am unsure if it's still the case;

"By default Connect interface and model content are displayed in the language preferred by the user in his browser settings. You cannot change that independently of each other. If you want to view model content in German instead of English you change the language of the interface and you will get the model content in the same language".
