Hello, I downloaded ARIS Express, I entered all the data correctly (login name and password), but it still tells me that I have the wrong login or password. Please advise me what to do. I need to do the school assignment through it.

Check the log files in:
%userprofile%\ARISExpress\log
(you can paste this into the windows explorer)
Attach the log file here, I will have a look on this.
Are you using the same user/password as logging into the community.
