ARIS GRC 9.7 integration with Connect 9.6

Hi all,

I would like to know if is it possible to integrate ARIS GRC with an ARIS Connect Server (each one on a different server) that uses a Standard Database. I followed the instructions on the installation guide but when I access the <ARIS Connect URL>/arcm, I receive the following browser notification:

On the GRC Server Cloud Control, I executed the command line reconfigure arcm_m +zookeeper.connect.string="<ARISDesignServer>\\:2181" in the console and only started the arcm_m component:

Could anybody help me?

I think the problem is that ARIS Connect and ARCM are different versions (Connect 9.6 and ARCM 9.7). You can only use applications with the same version number.

Hi Stefan,

We are having more or less the same problem. However, our situation is slightly different in that both Connect and ARCM are on the same 9.7 version. What we find strange is that after installing ARCM, the version of the last runnable (ARCM) is not the same as those of other runnables....eg others would be 97.2.0.1 and that of ARCM would be 97.2.1. The version of all the Connect runnables is 97.2.0.0.
