when I create report, there are some default values in script wizard - Subject ("Default scripts"), Author ("IDS Scheer AG"), Company ("IDS Scheer AG").
Is there any way to set up default values, for example in some xml on server? I'd like to have other default values in script wizard.

I am not aware of any default setting, but you can have it by some workaround.
Create a ARIS script or some windows app, which reads the .loc (XML format) files from the script location and change the attributes in the file. Just you might need a service restart after this to reflect these changes in ARIS BA.
You can find those .loc files at {Install Directory}server\templates\scriptservice\Report\{Category}
