Is it possible to include a table within the Definition/Description attribute of a function object? The attribute only accepts text-based content. However, in some cases, presenting the information in a tabular format would provide a more structured and organized description of the process step. Please advise.

Hello Yahya,
an alternative to Klemens hint on the attribute AT_Documentation is a somewhat hidden feature which is also called "Documentation" factsheet, unfortunately.
This factsheet is available from the published content view for models or objects. For the pre-requisites please see online docu "Documentation factsheet"
In the published content > view model > hover over object to open mini-factsheet >
navigate to object factsheet > edit in contribution mode
> reveals empty tab/factsheet "Documentation" with an inline Rich Text Editor
This allows for embedded tables and images.
BUT it is not an attribute so you cannot evaluate the content by means of reports or queries.

Hi,
Not sure, what your use case is; potentially, DMN models would help.

Hi,
no, this is not possible. A data type "table" is not available for new or existing attributes like "Definition/Description".
The only workaround I know, is using the "special" attribute "Documentation". Here you can maintain an external Word document where you can define a table. It could be looked like this:
