I tried to download ARIS Education Package for Faculties | Multi-user private cloud and the version for student single user one. After submitting the request, the message on the page says that there will be an email delivered to my email account with the download link and the license information in a few minutes. However, several hours have passed. I still haven't received any email. Can you please help? Thanks!

The e-mail server of your University seems to reject our automated e-mails which contains the license for the ARIS Education Packages. I've laready forward the e-mails to you on Friday 06-08-2021 at 16:10 with the hope that the licenses reach you. Kindly check your mailbox.
