Change model type

This will likely be a custom script as different model types  have different content(objects, symbols, attributes...) that can be populated on them and you would have to map the one model to the other.  You could try to generate a new model based on the old one but its likely that you'll have your own understanding of how certain items should be translated over that is not covered by default.

Yes, I agree - I have done such a script once or twice and it must be defined with great care which objects, symbol, connections etc are mapped to which targets...

Can be quite difficult and complex !

Hi Albina

there is a function called generate model, which changes you one or several model type e.g. BMPN into EPC.

It is under contents -> generate model (using ARIS 9 admin.)
