Is there a way to export the document stored in Aris document storage from one aris instalation to an another aris installation.
or at least export/download the aris document storage folder tree and document to my pc.

Dear Omar,
You can download a document from ARIS Document Storage (ADS) and upload it on another ARIS installation via the ARIS user interface. Do you expect other ways to accomplish that?
In case you'd like to download all documents, you could use ARIS Tenant Management to download the complete content of ADS. The same works via ARIS Cloud Controller commands. On the other ARIS installation you restore that tenant which overwrites all ADS content there.
For uploading many documents at once you could use a built-in command line tool of ARIS. That is recommended when preparing ARIS dashboards for uploading their accompanying documents.
Another option is WebDAV which allows you to access ADS folder structure and files as mapped network drive in Windows Explorer.
