Query on executing report outside ARIS

Hello,

I've a requirement to execute a report outside ARIS.

So for this my report,scriptrunner.cfg template is ready and working fine as I tested it via executing scriptrunner using the command prompt.

My query here is - I need to automate the execution of scriptrunner without manually executing it via command prompt, can someone pls suggest how can I achieve this ?

Do I need to create a bat file for this automatic execution ? If yes , can someone pls help with the generic template for the same ?

If scheduled ARIS reports don't work for you, how about running your ARIS report as scheduled task in Windows?

Did you try if scheduled reports could be a solution for you?

ARIS Help (softwareag.com) tells how to create scheduled reports in ARIS.

Hi Rune,

Thank you for your response.

I exercised Scheduled reports option as well but I believe to get the output (.xlsx) of the report I specifically have to go into Schduled reports properties - > Display Results and then save the output file in the desired location.

But using scriptrunnner template I'm able to get the output in the desired location(specified in the template) when manually executing it via command prompt->I'm thinkinh to automate this.
