ARIS Integration with another tools

I'm trying to integrate another modeling tool with ARIS. I tried exporting my model as an XML file and importing it into ARIS, but it failed. The XML formats don't seem to match. What are the best ways to integrate these tools?

The tool must support the BPMN standard exchange format. In ARIS you have to use "Import BPMN file". The file extension should be .bpmn.

Is it possible to import diagrams other than BPMN? Or XML files that use the AML schema?

Ok, I understand. You are not talking about BPMN but about other model types. What kind of model is it, you want to transfer? Is this model type in the list of available ARIS model types? What is AML?

I want to import the available ARIS model types into ARIS. The import format should be AML (ARIS Markup Language), which is an XML-based format used by ARIS

Can you pls. give us some more details:

Which ARIS version (source version where the export comes from, version of the import)? Java or web based client? Are you using the XML import wizard? What means "failed"? Any error messages? May be, if it is not confidential, you can add the XML file here as attachment.
