ARIS Express offers you various models. Objects and links between the objects are available for these models. Links between objects are called connections. However, not all objects and connections make sense in every model. In enterprise modeling, the various models mean that attention is focused on different aspects. This is why only objects and connections that help you model the respective aspect are permitted in the individual models.

The objects and connections that help you model the model-specific aspect are allowed in the models by the method. Using these, you can document and hence analyze aspects of your company systematically and consistently, i.e., methodically.

The fact that only objects and connections that consider the respective model-specific aspect under analysis are permitted in a model is a valuable aid to modeling: you are only offered relevant objects and connections and do not first need to choose between relevant and irrelevant ones.
