Format painter
You can copy the formats of a selected item to another item or to several other items.
Procedure
- Select the item whose format you want to copy.
- Click on the Format painter (
) button. The mouse pointer is displayed as a brush (
). - If you want to copy the format to one item: Click on the relevant item.
If you want to copy the format to more than one item: Use the mouse to draw a border around the relevant items. You can also press the Ctrl key and click on the required items one after the other.
The format of the selected items is adjusted accordingly.
