Tips
At certain points ARIS Express informs you using balloons and refers for example, to the Insert SmartDesign button in the toolbar. If desired you can turn off these tips at any time.
The following was already implemented in ARIS Express 2.0:
Use models from ARISalign
You can open models created in ARISalign in ARIS Express.
Spell check
You can check entered text for correct spelling.
Insert graphic from the clipboard
You can directly paste graphics that you copied to the clipboard without using the Paste/Object menu.
Import graphics
You can import graphics in the formats emf, png, jpg, and gif into a model. Use the File/Import/Graphic menu or the pop-up menu.
Exporting graphics
You can save objects and models as a file in the formats EMF (Windows Enhanced Metafile), PNG (Portable Network Graphics), or JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group).
Model information page
If you open a model's properties, the Information option is available. If you enable this option, the Information page displays the model type, file path, and model language of the model. For example, this is how you can quickly find the location where your model is saved.
