Place attributes for horizontal pools/lanes

If a horizontal pool or lane is placed then the Name attribute automatically rotates so that the read direction is from bottom to top. You can change the attribute alignment.

Procedure

You can change the alignment of the pool or lane attributes by either using the mouse to pull the attribute to the desired position or selecting the attribute and moving it with the arrow keys. You can adjust the position in the Properties/Format/Edit attribute placement dialog.

You have changed the alignment of an attribute.

You can change the alignment back to vertical at any time if you have not changed the size of the attribute representation by moving the attribute to the left again and redocking it on to the header area.
