How to request a new password

If you have lost your password, follow these instructions.

Procedure:

1. Click on the avatar at the top of the page and click on “Reset your password”.
2. Enter your username or e-mail address and click "Submit".
3. A new password will be sent to you via e-mail.
4. Click the “Reset password” button in the e-mail and you will be forwarded to “Reset password” page on ARIS Community.
5. Click “Log in”.
6. Enter a new password and repeat the password.
7. Click “Save”.

Tip:

• Check your spam folder when the e-mail is not coming.
• When the email is not coming, please contact us and we will set you a new password.
