Premium Care Services

On-Call Support

Gain access to a Named Support Engineer on weekends, holidays or business days between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. on the following business day. This support is ideal when you can use extra help, for example, to solve critical incidents before the next business day and for short-term projects, such as initial product installs and production cut-over events.

End-of-Maintenance Extension

After a product version has reached the end of maintenance, you may opt for an End of Maintenance Extension to ensure high availability in mission-critical environments. This gives you flexibility and freedom to stay fully supported and includes access to fixes while scheduling upgrades.
