Is it possible to prepopulate an attribute in ARIS with some default value which can be changed later by user for ex when a user creates a new EPC (model type) the attribute say Description definition will have a default value as - 'A new process is created' which the user can later edit.
Example 2-
Attribute(attribute type- list) 'Global/Local'- default value = Local ' when user creates a model which can later be changed

Yes, this can be done with a macro that is invoked automatically based on an event, in this case when a model is created.

Did you guys get any further with this? I have a similar requirement to pre-populate items for ILM purposes that will be the same for every model and dont want to have the users having to keep selecting them.?

Would someone please post an example macro of how to change an attribute of a model when a new model is created.
For example: When a model is created a macro is run on the create event that adds an attribute (AT_Titl1 for example) and sets the value of that attribute on the new model.
